In 2024, Tennessee signed a law requiring all public and charter schools to educate students on gun safety. We are heading into the state’s second year with this curriculum. It was made in partnership by the Tennessee Department of Education, Department of Public Safety and Homeland Security, and the Department of Wildlife Resources.
